Supreme Court Considering Samsung’s Patent Fight with Apple

    The Supreme Court decides to take up Samsung’s appeal in a patent fight with Apple.

    FOX’s Steve Taylor reports from Washington:

    Samsung is under order to pay Apple more than half a billion dollars for infringing iPhone designs. Samsung says that’s too much and is suing to lop off almost $400 million dollars from the penalty.

    The Supreme Court says it will consider Samsung’s arguments.
