Kerry Declares ISIS Committing Genocide

For the first time, the United States has said the Islamic State terrorist group is committing genocide against Christians and other religious groups.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Secretary of State John Kerry announced the terror group is responsible for genocide against groups in areas under its control, including Yazidis, Christians and Shia Muslims.

(Kerry) ”Daesh is genocidal by self-proclamation, by ideology and by actions… in what it says, what it believes and what it does.”

Secretary Kerry said the State Department has not been able to compile a complete record of what the group is and has been doing because of lack of access to key areas.
