Amazon Offers Refunds on Hoverboards

Money back on a popular Christmas present.

FOX’s Chris Foster reports:

Hoverboards sort of sideways skateboard with motorized wheels have been popular with kids and some grownups, but there have been emergency room visits from falling off and too-big, overheated batteries bursting into flames, leading to bans on airlines.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Amazon is now offering refunds on any hoverboard bought through its website, although some kinds are still for sale there.
