The Defense Secretary meeting in Paris with ministers from six other countries including France, Britain, and Australia:

(Carter) “We agreed that we all must do more.”

Secretary Carter saying he’ll convene a wider meeting of 26 defense ministers in Brussels next month with a warning that:

(Carter) “Every nation must come prepared to discuss further contributions to the fight.”

Carter saying it’s time coalition efforts were intensified:

(Carter) “And I will not hesitate to engage and challenge current and prospective members of the coalition as we go forward.”
