Bernie Sanders’ Campaign Filing Lawsuit on DNC

The Democratic National Committee is being sued by one of it’s candidates for President.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders’ campaign has filed a federal lawsuit to regain access to a DNC voter database…

The DNC barred Sanders’ campaign from the information after learning a member of his staff had gained access to private information for Hillary Clinton’s campaign…

(Weaver) “The DNC in an inappropriate over reaction has denied us access to our very own data.”

Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver says the staffer was fired, but he adds it’s a tech firm the DNC hired is at fault after a firewall protecting campaign data failed.

Clinton’s campaign manager says voter data was stolen by Bernie Sanders staff, calling the breach “egregious.”
