    FOX’s Lisa Lacerra has more:

A federal judge in Ohio temporarily blocking state officials from taking legal action against Planned Parenthood to enforce a rule on the disposal of fetal tissue.

The organization is suing the state’s health director, claiming the state’s health department changed the interpretation of the disposal rule without notice and then targeted three Planned Parenthood affiliates that provide abortions.

The lawsuit comes after the state attorney general’s investigation into Planned Parenthood over how it disposes of fetal remains.

Planned Parenthood calling the report inflammatory saying it follows Ohio law. The judges order is effective until January 11. He set a hearing for January 4.
