Senator Lindsey Graham Wants to Declare War on ISIS

    Republican Presidential candidate and Senator Lindsey Graham says it’s time to declare war on ISIS.

    FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

    Senator Graham will soon introduce an authorization for the use of military force against ISIS…

    (Graham) ”Declare war on them, allow this President and every other President to do whatever is necessary to destroy ISIL before they hit us at home.”

    The Senator’s authorization would have no expiration date and would allow the use of combat troops against the terror group.

    Democrats have expressed concern over a new authorization for the use of military force, especially one that includes boots on the ground.
