New Study On Knee Replacement Surgeries

A medical study purports to show the lives of people who received artificial knees have made incredible recoveries.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown reports:

A study by a group of Danish Physicians now appearing in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a year after receiving knee replacement surgeries… patients’ conditions, like arthritis, improved more than those who sought other treatments, like medication or physical therapy.

But the survey also revealed surgical patients endured a heavy amount of post-operative complications, including infections and deep vein thrombosis.

More than 670,000 knee replacement surgeries are performed each year in the U.S. alone.
