NASCAR Tracks Ask Fans Not To Fly Confederate Flag
NASCAR races under the lights Sunday night at Daytona International Speedway at the Coke Zero 400… Kyle Busch sets his sights high for the rest of the season… NASCAR says no to the Confederate flag at all venues.
FOX News Radio’s Marghiee Teshineh reports in “FOX in the Fast Lane”:

Kyle Busch heads to Daytona this weekend, the latest driver to make the Chase… almost. After being injured in a crash, Busch was given a special waiver allowing him to be Chase eligible, if he won a race and was in the top 30 points wise.
Busch won at Sonoma last week, but currently is in 37th place. Can his team make up the points they need?
(Busch) “Certainly it’s feasible, there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be… You know this team is good enough to be that way and I should be good enough to be that way.”
Busch adding that from now until the Chase…
(Busch) “You know we can run third, fourth or fifth, and that’s a good day for us, that will be just fine.”
Comedian David Spade is this year’s Grand Marshal for the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona.
And all tracks that hold NASCAR races have joined forces, signing a statement issued by NASCAR to ask fans and their partners to refrain from displaying the Confederate flag at their facilities and events. Daytona will be offering a flag exchange program this weekend, to swap any flag for an American flag.
