A new Guinness World Record has been set for the number of people riding a surfboard at once.
FOX News Radio’s Gary Baumgarten reports:
The cheering well deserved as 66 people – count them – the Guinness people did – 66 people rode a surf board successfully to set a new World Record for the number of people riding a wave. About 5,000 people gathered to watch them, crammed onto a 42 foot board, off the Huntington Beach California Pier. The old record, 47 surfers, was set 10 years ago in Queensland, Australia.
