David Letterman Hosts Final ‘Late Show’
David Letterman says goodnight, hosting his final ”Late Show” on Wednesday.
FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports:
After 33 years Letterman said goodbye to his fans last night — the Indiana native opened his final show with a statement from some former presidents and the current one all saying the same thing…
(President Obama) “Our long national nightmare is over… Letterman is retiring.”
Then some of his favorite celebs delivered the final Top 10 List: “Things I’ve Always Wanted to Say to Dave”. This is Chris Rock:
(Rock) “I’m just glad your show is being given to another white guy!”
(Letterman) “You know I had nothing to do with that!”
Stephen Colbert takes over in September.
