NASCAR Reinstates Kurt Busch
Former NASCAR champ Kurt Busch has been reinstated, just days after prosecutors declined to charge him in a case involving his ex-girlfriend.
FOX News Radio’s Gurnal Scott reports:
Busch was taken out of his stock car and suspended by NASCAR just days before the Daytona 500 because there were still questions about an alleged domestic assault. The suspension forced him to miss three races so far.
Before this announcement, NASCAR would only say Busch was on “a path to reinstatement”.
So, as of now Busch can race, and even compete for the Sprint Cup title. But NASCAR officially lists him as being under indefinite probation… The meaning of which is unclear.
