Holder Unveils New Guidelines On Racial Profiling
Attorney General Eric Holder is making good on his promise to release new police guidelines on racial profiling.

(Holder) “We are dealing with concerns that are truly national in scope and that threaten the entire nation.”
Today , Eric Holder announced federal law enforcement are banned from profiling on the basis of religion, national origin and other characteristics. The Department of Justice hopes the new rules will serve as a model for police departments across the nation.
