FOX Wheels: Lots of Recalls
Recalls… Recalls… Recalls… and stick figures that can lead to a sticky situation.

If it seems like automakers are issuing recalls left and right, edmunds.com senior analyst Jessica Caldwell says get used to it…
(Caldwell) “I think we’re gonna see this trend of that pro-activeness of trying to get these vehicles recalled before any injuries.”
Also, cars have become more technically advanced.
(Caldwell) “There may be more recalls associated with those items but if automakers are quick to respond and people can get their cars fixed, I think everyone’s happy, in that scenario.”

It’s a first for the U.S. Department of Transportation: running a national ad campaign about distracted driving.
(Ad) “Nobody likes to be stopped by the police…”
The campaign coincides with a nationwide police crackdown.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania police say those rear window stick figure decals may be cute, but can lead to the bad guys knowing too much about your family.
And the parking tags are better left in the glove compartment because they can give thieves info about where and even when you work, making your home a perfect target.
