Another new revelation from the papers leaked by Edward Snowden. A National Security Agency program that keeps all the records of everyone’s cell phone travels.

FOX News Radio’s Rich Johnson explains from Washington DC:

You might call it– the dolphin caught in the tuna net. Whenever it’s on, your cell phone sends out signals that are picked up by nearby cell towers– creating a record of approximately where you are at anytime. The Washington Post reports, the NSA gathers up that data on every overseas cell phone including those owned by Americans. The goal: mapping out a cell phone’s travels and all the other phones it comes close to. And since, at the time, the NSA doesn’t know which data it needs, it just keeps it all.
