Supreme Court Begins New Term
The Supreme Court is back in session, despite a government shutdown.

The case, many say could prove as influential as the Citizens United ruling which did away with spending limits by corporations and labor unions.
In the next few weeks the Justices will also revisit affirmative action, prayers before town council meetings, and hear a challenge to recess appointments made by President Obama.
