Forbes’ Top Colleges

    College

A new list indicates there has been a geographic shift when it comes to the quality of higher education.

FOX News Radio’s Ron Flatter reports:

For six years, eastern schools have led the Forbes list of U.S. colleges.

Princeton was at the top last year. And it’s still right up there with the eight Ivy League schools all in the Top 20. But not No. 1.

Make room for Stanford, up from third last year. It made its big move thanks to high retention rates and starting salaries for its graduates. Pomona College in Southern California is second. Then Princeton, Yale, and Columbia.

The Center for College Affordability and Productivity makes the list grading things like satisfaction, success after graduation, and student debt.
