Battle Over Yoga In Public School
A public school district gets the go-ahead to teach yoga to students, despite objections from some parents.

A group of parents complain teaching yoga promotes Eastern religion, and violates the separation of church and state a San Diego judge is rejecting that argument.
Encinitas Unified School District can continue to teach yoga, so long as all cultural references are stripped including the Sanskrit language.
Judge John Meyer noting the school district even renamed the lotus pose to criss-cross applesauce.
An attorney for the parents group says he will likely appeal.
