Scientists say you may want to cut back on red meat if you want to live to be 100. Although a few palm-sized servings of beef, pork or lamb once in a while is okay, the American Institute for Cancer Research says eating too much can increase your risk for colorectal cancer by as much as 42%, and processed meat like hot dogs and bacon are the worst culprit.
