Obama to Address Iran in UN Speech

We must confront Muslim outrage and we must contain Iran. That’s what President Obama will tell the world this morning when he addresses the UN General Assembly.

FOX News Radio’s Courtney Kealy reports from the United Nations in New York:

President Obama will address Iran’s nuclear ambitions by saying specifically “we will do what we need to do to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon”. And he will say the U.S. never accepted that a nuclear armed Iran could be contained.

The President also will appeal to the over 100 heads of state attending the General Assembly urging a united front against the anti-American attacks on U.S. embassies and other diplomatic missions in Muslim countries after the release of the excerpts of the movie insulting the prophet Mohammed sparked widespreak rioting.
