FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

Sales representatives for pharmaceutical companies do not qualify for overtime under Federal law.  The 5-4 Supreme Court ruling, a win for the drug industry.

Two salesmen who used to work for pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline filed the challenge, claiming they worked 10-20 hours outside the normal business day every week, meeting with doctors on golf courses and at restaurants.  The ruling covers about 90,000 pharmaceutical salespeople.
