Riggs had this to say on small business optimism:

“Small businesses are the lifeblood of this economy. Most of who we are employed by, we have to thank small businesses for. It’s not the big corporations. And you know, this is where Donald Trump shines. I think right after the election it was the NFIB Small Business Optimism survey that had the largest jump on record, the second largest only been in November of 2016 after his first election. So he really understands small businesses. I think the small business optimism and excitement is real.”
