Violent crimes continue to rise in large cities across America with many of the incidents being caught on video. Both cell phones and surveillance cameras have become key in criminal investigations but how are we reacting to the constant stream of violence? Some say they are desensitized and others say it shows how bad crime, especially in big cities, is rising.
