As ICE Debate Heats Up, Angel Families Demand Their Voice Be Heard Too

As the Trump administration continues its nationwide immigration crackdown, the debate over border security and ICE enforcement is drawing renewed scrutiny–especially after an illegal migrant was shot during an encounter with federal agents last week in New York. FOX News congressional correspondent Bill Melugin speaks with Joe Abraham, executive director of the Department of Homeland Security’s VOICE office, about the pushback ICE agents are receiving nationwide, why he is advocating for support for victims of crimes committed by illegal immigrants, and his concerns over how those cases are addressed in the national conversation. Abraham, who lost his daughter Katie in a fatal hit-and-run involving an intoxicated illegal immigrant, also discusses his personal experience and the challenges facing other families seeking answers and accountability.

While the latest FOX News Power Rankings say the House is likely in Democrats’ hands, there are several tight races that could determine who wins the majority this November. One key toss-up race is Michigan’s 7th Congressional District. Incumbent Republican Congressman Tom Barrett joins the Rundown to discuss his strategy to get re-elected, his military background, and why he believes his platform resonates with Michigan families. He outlines his legislative proposals and addresses voters’ top concerns, including healthcare costs, housing affordability, gas, and groceries.

PLUS, commentary by Gregg Jarrett, FOX News legal analyst and commentator.
