Evening Edition: Hawaii’s Wildfires Described As A ‘Hurricane Of Fire’
Its been five days since wildfires swept through the western side of the island of Maui and now it is reported that nearly one hundred lives have been lost. The fire is said to have moved a mile a minute with many residents saying they never got an official evacuation order before fleeing on their own. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Bryan Stern, founder and CEO of ‘Project Dynamo’, who’s non-governmental rescue team is currently in Maui doing everything from saving tortoises to delivering baby formula to those in need.
