Deadly Ohio School Shooting [VIDEO]
Update: Cleveland Hospital says a third student, shot at Chardon High has died. Earlier Tuesday, it was reported that a student who had earlier been reported as brain dead, had died as well.
One student has died and one student has been declared brain dead after a high school shooting in Chardon, Ohio, that occurred on Monday. Three other students were also shot and are currently in the hospital.
FOX News Radio’s Jennifer Keiper reports:
17-year old Russell King has been declared brain dead. This – one day after the death of another student, Daniel Parmertor.
Three others remain in the hospital. No school in Chardon today, where flags fly at half staff.
David Boyle is a grief counselor.
(Boyle) “There is no normal response to this kind of event. Some will seem to handle it in stride. Others will be very distraught and it’s all within normal limits.”
The suspected gunman – who went to a school for those with behavioral or academic problems is due in court this afternoon.
