Ohio Republican Congressman and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on the politicized nature of the FBI’s investigation into former President Trump’s handling of classified documents, which resulted in the Department of Justice charging him with 37 criminal counts.

“You know, 60 percent of the country thinks the FBI has a double standard. And the reason they think that is because they do. But they also try to give some veneer of like, it’s legit what we’re doing. And, you know, Trump didn’t work with us. Biden worked with us. Like they try to play that game. But that’s not really true because we deposed three weeks ago the former head of the Washington field office, Steve D’Antuono, former head of WFO. When the classified documents investigation into President Trump began, and he told us, he said, I asked headquarters, why isn’t there U.S. attorneys assigned? They said, well because we’re doing this different. Even though they said after Crossfire Hurricane they never do a headquarters-run operation again. It would always be run in the field offices, except for Trump. So they changed again. And then he said, well, you know, they said we’re going to raid his home. And he’s the one who said, well, why don’t we just keep working with his lawyers? They’re talking with us. Why do we got to go down there and raid the home? But they said, because that’s how we’re going to do it. So nothing has changed. These guys have been out to get Trump and they can try to say it was different, but it’s not. And we have testimony now in the transcript from the guy who in the Washington field office when this whole thing started showing how they deviated from what they’re supposed to do.”
