From mom and pop to major box stores, retailers in major cities are being forced to close or move because of gang led violent robberies. The National Retail Federation has issued a report on these smash and grab or organized retail crime incidents, the losses retailers are suffering and suggestions on how to combat the surge of theft. FOX’s Eben Brown spoke with Casey Stegall, FOX News senior correspondent, about the increase in theft and what can be done to stop it.
