Evening Edition: Marine Veteran Awaits Decision On Charges In NYC Subway Choke Hold Death

Marine Veteran Daniel Penny is waiting to hear if any charges will be brought against him in the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man Penny was filmed putting into a choke hold and later died. Witnesses told police that Neely was erratic and threatening passengers right before Penny acted.
