Strassel reacted to a possible indictment saying,

“Look, let’s just be clear. This would be a monumental and unprecedented step. No one has ever indicted a president before, especially not one who is running again for office. And it’s made all the more crazy by the fact that it’s a local prosecutor trying to cajole a municipal grand jury into bringing that charge.”
