Extra: Trey Gowdy On How The Media Is Being Unfair About The ‘Doc Scandals’

Amid ongoing investigations into former President Trump and President Biden for their mishandling of classified documents, news broke on Tuesday that former Vice President Mike Pence had classified documents discovered in his Indiana residence as well.

Since then, the National Archives have asked all former ex-Presidents and Vice Presidents to scour their files.

Just as the Pence revelation made headlines, FOX News Rundown host Dave Anthony spoke with former South Carolina Congressman and host of The Trey Gowdy, Trey Gowdy about the gravity of the classified documents controversy.

While he says many speculate on what the investigations will uncover, Trey Gowdy is doubtful they will result in criminal charges for any of the former leaders.

Gowdy also discussed why he decided to leave his position as a lawmaker in Congress, his frustrations with politics and media, and why he decided to write his new book, “Start, Stay, or Leave: The Art of Decision Making.”

Due to time limitations, we could not include all of the conversations in our original segment. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear our entire interview with Trey Gowdy and learn more about why he thinks “fairness” is so important and why his dream job was not politics, but putting violent criminals behind bars.
