Andrew McCarthy, Fox News Contributor and Former Assistant U.S. Attorney For the Southern District Of New York joined the Guy Benson Show to react to the conclusion of the January 6th committee’s report and their criminal referrals against Trump.

McCarthy reacted to the referrals saying,

“I don’t see why they did this. They could have just released their report, released all the transcripts that they developed that might have been very helpful to the Justice Department and the report could have stood on its own without having to make them make referrals which don’t have any legal consequence anyhow.”
