JAWS!
47 years ago the summer blockbuster JAWS was released in theaters.
It broke records and changed cinema forever.
Boy, wouldn’t it be nice if we could go back to the good ole days of Jaws when movies were about entertainment, not virtue signals?
I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.
The movie Jaws was released in the summer of 1975. It took only 38 days to break $100 million at the box office, a game changing threshold.
The movie wasn’t about pronoun preference, or political virtue signaling, or romanticizing wokeness. It was a dang good movie about a summer beach town and a shark.
It’s that simple folks!
The same can be said about Top Gun, the original and the record-breaking sequel.
The same CANNOT be said about 80% of the crap movies coming out of Hollywood today. Ya know the movies that win elite awards, but no one has seen?
Movie-goers don’t want to be lectured or educated at the theater, we just want to watch good movies and have a little fun.
If Hollywood was smart, they’d take notes!
