Man Charged With Battery After Duct Taping Daughter, Posting to Facebook

A father is facing child abuse charges over a picture posted on his Facebook of his daughter.

FOX News Radio’s Lilian Woo has the story:

Bond is set at $100,000 for a Chicago man who bound his toddler daughter with tape, and posted a photo of her on Facebook along with the words “This is what happens when my baby hits me back.” An Assistant State’s Attorney says, before he took the picture, the 21-year-old man was playing with his child as she played with the tape.  A public defender says he believes Andre Curry was playing around and not trying to hurt the 22-month-old.

Curry’s charged with aggravated domestic battery, can’t have contact with his daughter or use the internet.
