Housecall For Health: Holiday Headaches
The holidays can be full of cheer, but they also can cause major headaches.
FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s edition of Housecall For Health:
If you suffer from migraines, you’re probably familiar with what can cause them, but the holidays can present some unconventional triggers. Try to avoid strong seasonal scents, including pine and cinnamon. Holiday lights may be pretty, but they could cause you a major headache. You may be more sensitive to light and snow glare. And steer clear of beauty counters at department stores, migraines can develop quickly from too much over-powering perfume.
