Housecall for Health: Dentist Doctoring
Non-critical medical inquiries may not require a trip to the doctor’s office, since many aren’t going anyway.

Soon, you may be visiting your dentist for more than a cleaning. A new study published in the American Journal of Public Health shows that 20 million Americans visit the dentist each year, but don’t see a general health provider. The findings suggest that dental offices could be good places to screen patients with a few questions and quick health test, and possibly identify their risk of chronic health problems.
