What Is Burnout?

This week, the Co-Founder of the Lifehack MethodDemir Bentley joins Abby in the classroom to help with explaining the causes and solutions to managing and avoiding burnout.

Demir provides both the scientific and social definitions of burnout and shares how our societal misunderstanding of success has caused us to separate passion and productivity. Later, Abby and Demir both attest to the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of sleep.
