The NATO-Russia talks aimed at resolving the escalating situation on the Ukrainian border reached a dead end on Thursday, with National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan saying, “We believe the threat of invasion is real.” Ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Rep.
