Sen. Marsha Blackburn: AG Merrick Garland Is “Politicizing The DOJ”
On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) talked about her she grilled Attorney General Merrick Garland about a number of issues during a hearing on Capitol Hill, including the letter that labeled parents questioning CRT and other parts of the curriculums in schools as “domestic terrorists.”
“What Merrick Garland is doing is politicizing the Department of Justice. We have the Attorney General who signed this memo giving these instructions for the FBI and these U.S. attorneys to go after parents that show up at school boards to ask questions, to petition their government, to hold their government accountable, to investigate them. The letter use the term ‘domestic terrorist’ about these individuals. The memo from Garland did not do that, but by the fact that he signed off on a memo that was drafted because they got that letter, it shows that he is complicit in that thinking is that parents who show up at these school board meetings, that questioned these elected school board representatives that are serving on the school board funded by taxpayer dollars with children going to schools in schools that the taxpayers are paying the bill for. This shows you how complicit he is and how this the left wing is running the White House.”
