Your daily vitamins and supplements might not have any health benefits at all, making them a huge waste of money.

If you take daily vitamins or supplements, one study claims you may be wasting your money. Researchers from one NYU based study say that without a specific nutrient deficiency or chronic illness, there isn’t enough evidence to prove that taking vitamins makes people healthier. But many experts, including those from the council on responsible nutrition, say more studies are needed to determine the specific health benefits of supplements.
