Evening Edition: Car Bomb Targets Afghan School Children

A car bomb attack over the weekend in the Afghan capital of Kabul killed more than eighty five people, mostly female school children. Such attacks on Afghan citizens and government forces have increased since the announcement of the withdrawal of U.S. forces and many worry it will only spiral out of control after the withdrawal is complete.
