Joe the Plumber To Be Joe the Congressman?
Could “Joe the Plumber” soon be “Joe the Congressman?” The man who made a nickname for himself during the ’08 Presidential election is exploring the possibility, but would have to win a redrawn district with two longtime Democratic incumbents: Marcy Kaptur and Dennis Kucinich.
