Housecall for Health: Happy Coffee
Your morning cup of joe could be the cure to your sadness, at least when it comes to clinical depression.
FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:

Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health found that, for women, drinking four or more cups of coffee a day had a 20% lower risk of developing clinical depression than those who consumed just one cup or less of coffee per week.
The 10-year study showed that the benefits were only associated with drinking coffee—soda or tea did not achieve the same effects.
