House Republicans had a big Election Day, defying expectations and winning back more seats than expected. Part of their success was due to what some called the “Conservative squad,” four women who stuck together as candidates for Congress from four different states. Three of the four Republicans won. One of them, Congresswoman-Elect Nancy Mace discusses her historic victory in South Carolina, what’s next for the Republican Party and the President’s ongoing election legal battles.

Democrats have one last chance try to gain the Senate majority, with two potential Georgia runoffs in January. The “Blue Wave” even fell short in the House, with some seats being lost, giving them only a narrow majority. Now we’re seeing tensions play out between the Progressives and Moderates of the Party to determine which direction Democrats should go. Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) weighs in on the in-house fighting, and what he thinks needs to be done now that the election is behind us.
