Trey Gowdy is joined by his friend, Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE), to discuss the Senate confirmation hearings of Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Senator Sasse explains his ideas for reforming the Senate, including introducing term limits so there is less emphasis on campaigning and less focus on making careers in Washington D.C.. The Senator also explains why he believes more decisions should be made at a state and local level, why politicians work together more effectively when there are no cameras and the importance of returning to civics rather than politics.

Later, Senator Sasse explains Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s qualifications for the Supreme Court and why he believes attacks on Judge Barrett’s faith are unconstitutional and ineffective.
