David Bossie: Trump Endangering Secret Service Is “A Gross Fabrication”

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Trump 2020 Senior Adviser and co-author of Trump: America First: The President Succeeds Against All Odds David Bossie discussed the mainstream media’s assertion that President Trump put members of the Secret Service in danger by driving by supporters outside Walter Reed Medical Center during his recovery from COVID.

“But they made this whole thing up, this whole story up about how the Secret Service agents were endangered by this. First of all, the two Secret Service agents that rode in the car with him had full protective gear on, full gowns, masks and eye protection. There was Plexiglas between the President and them. And more importantly, these two agents are the same two agents who escorted him onto the helicopter when he left the White House to go to Walter Reed. They were already under quarantine. They are ready because of their close proximity to the President since before he tested positive. They’re already in harm’s way. And that’s not something we take lightly. But to think that we put new people in danger is just a gross fabrication. And that’s what the media does every day, and that’s all they can do. These guys volunteered to do it. They were already taking care of the President. And they saw an opportunity to do it because that’s what the President wanted. I’m glad they did it. I was there and it was it was electric. It was a lot of fun. And only this guy, who usually goes to the rally and brings his show to the rally, only this guy when a rally shows up to him, which is what that was in front of the hospital, does he show up, does he make an appearance at a rally that’s there to make sure he understands that we want him to get well. It was really an amazing, amazing thing, to be honest with you.”
