TX Wildfire Changes the Landscape for Residents [VIDEO]
Over 3.5 million acres have burned in Texas since December thanks to drought-fueled wildfires. Bastrop County, a particularly hard hit area, was once in the middle of a 14-MILE wide fire. Residents were forced to pack up and flee, many only being able to take a few belongings with them.
FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown is in Bastrop as some of those residents return to their homes:
But figuring out who has homes to return to is not an easy task. Lists of structures that burned are being provided for residents:
And just because a neighbor’s house survived doesn’t mean yours did, as well.
