Libya has seen a sharp rise is coronavirus cases this week, only further destabilizing the country in the midst of a civil war. The ongoing violence in Libya has prevented humanitarian groups from going in to provide aid and testing, leaving its citizens with an already strained healthcare system and limited resources.
