Judge Andrew Napolitano Discusses Police Department Reform…And Condoleezza Rice For VP?

On Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla, Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano discusses why police departments should not be dismantled and has another suprise pick for Joe’s Biden’s Vice President.

“You can reform the police department, but you can’t make it an ‘un-police’ departure. You can’t turn them into social workers. They have the legal obligation to provide a police department to maintain basic safety and basic law and order. The police can’t protect all property. They can’t even protect all persons. But when you call 9-1-1, somebody has to show up who has the lawful ability and the force to address the issue for which you called them.”

“I don’t know if he’s going to pick Kamala Harris. But I’ll tell you who I think he should pick. A unity candidate, a P H.D. Chancellor of Stanford University by the name of Condoleezza Rice. Then you get all the Bush-ies, all the Republicans that are ambivalent about Trump, jumping on the Biden bandwagon.”
