A few weeks ago Liberal comedian Jamie Kilstein flew to Texas to meet his girlfriend’s very conservative parents. As he wrote in his latest article, ” I used to think it was cool and righteous to only interact with people who agreed with me. I was wrong. It’s not cool or righteous. It’s weak, and it makes your world smaller and less rich”.
